What is the best way to contact support?

We provide support via phone or e-mail. Once you contact support a trouble ticket will be created which will assist in tracking and responding in a timely fashion. You can contact our support staff by clicking support located on the top right of our website.

Is there a contract?

There is a one year agreement required for all new accounts.

Can I keep my existing number?

Yes!  We have the ability to port (transfer) your number to our platform. Once we create your account, one of our representatives will assist you with this process.

How does your system work?

The phones will directly connect to your current network infrastructure and will use the internet to communicate with our cloud platform. The same way your desktop is hardwired into your network is similar to how the VoIP (Voice over IP) phones function. For larger enterprise customers a network will be architectured to ensure proper operation.

What kind of phones are compatible?

You can BYOD (Bring your own Device) as long as it is a SIP capable phone otherwise, we usually offer Polycom, Cisco and Aastra phones during the initial startup phase. During the consultation phase our sales representative will recommend a phone most suitable for your business. You can also use a software based device which can be an app on a mobile device or a softphone installed on your desktop. We can provide basic information to configure these devices.
