A large South Florida Marble & Stone architecture firm required a stable network and new phone system enabling them to accept new clientele without increasing expenses.
ITP met with CEO, Jorge Garcia and discussed their issues and how we could resolve them. Pan American was troubled with a decentralized network infrastructure; it was dated and required an overhaul.
ITP designed and deployed a new network utilizing Cisco equipment, Dell Servers and Desktops. With a new centralized infrastructure, user interactions have become streamlined thus allowing Pan American to operate more efficiently. Technology provided by Microsoft such as Mailbox sharing, Calendar sharing and a central repository for all shared documents has allowed efficient collaboration company wide.
ITP’s VoiceLinx Service (Hosted VoIP Telephone Service) provided Pan American with advanced telephony features such as auto attendants, voicemail to email and an on-screen application installed on the computers which allows users to view, monitor, record and transfer calls with a click of a button. Not only did we reduce their telecom cost, we also increased productivity and their customer satisfaction as callers were able to efficiently contact the desired party without going through an operator.
A primary objective in this case was to provide a backup and disaster recovery solution. ITP delivered a backup solution with a per hour backup and recovery of all files and email. Users can recover lost or deleted files as early as the previous hour. Backup data is also replicated off site for a failsafe disaster recovery solution.
With ITP’s Managed IT Service program Pan American now has a predictable monthly expense providing them with an IT Help Desk assisting them throughout the day via remote support when issues occur.
